“Absolutely Thrilled!”
“Absolutely thrilled with my new bathroom. The standard of work is excellent and the communication from Jay on how work was progressing was much appreciated.
Care, attention to detail and respect for my home was shown by all members of the team. Even hoovering my hallway carpet when the dust sheets were tidied away each day.
If you’re looking for a professional, efficient business to install your bathroom, I would highly recommend them.”
A.Menzies, Isle of Bute
“Awesome Bathroom!”
“Jay & the team helped us put a new bathroom into our new place in Rothesay and it was a great experience working with them. Nothing is too much trouble; these guys are the real thing. I’d recommend them to anyone on any budget, on the island or off.
You will be in good hands, the work is of the highest quality, their attention to detail is second to none, they keep everything clean, contained and informed, and most importantly, I really got the sense they genuinely cared about helping us get a great bathroom.
We are delighted with the results and look forward to living here even more with this awesome bathroom! Don’t hesitate to use their services if you’re thinking about it.”

“Joinery Genius!”
“We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and want to say a huge thanks to the whole team at Baldy.
The entire process, from the initial design through ripping out the old units, clearing away the mess and installing the new kitchen, was far less stressful than we were expecting.
We have to say a very special thanks to the joinery genius, whose workmanship and attention to detail was second to none.
Well done, and thank you all.”

“A Joy to Work With”
“We have come home tonight to the most beautiful bathroom, all completed by the Baldy kitchens & bathrooms team.
Trust me, this was no straightforward task – the hours they put in were immense, and the quality of workmanship from all involved was outstanding!
Baldy took care with every detail and even arranged a professional clean when finished. Perfectionists. Highly recommend from the design to completion stage, they were a joy to work with.
Thank you, Kris, Nikki and team. When you’ve recovered, we will plan the kitchen — feeling grateful.”

“Worked Around the Clock To Finish …”
“It’s the overall result – the big and the little things – high quality, attention to detail and ingenious storage solutions, maximising use of space, plus small touches like mirrored chrome edging in the bathroom.
There were some issues along the way which caused a little delay, however the team worked extremely hard – (literally round the clock) – to finish the work to a very high standard, and then have professional cleaners come in at the end! Wow!
Thank you Kris, Nicki, Leanne, Kairene, Jay, Charles, Scott, Scooby and everyone involved. I can’t wait for the Baldy team to work on my living room, bedroom and hall storage, lighting, electrics and decorating!”

“Absolutely Delighted”
“I’d walked past the Baldy showroom in Rothesay thinking “ I’m moving here and I’d love my bathroom and kitchen to be from Baldy!” I heard great things, too, about the company from several people when I excitedly mentioned my plans. My offer on a flat was accepted, and I went straight in to Baldy, choosing everything for the kitchen, bathroom and flooring.
From design by Leanne, oversight by Kris and Nicki, helpful discussions with Kairene, the installation team with Jay as Project Manager, Charles smoothing out the bumps and hollows in walls before painting to perfection.
I am absolutely delighted with the Baldy team.”
“So Pleased …”
“Right from the start, the Baldy team were professional in their approach to refitting our bathroom. From the initial design phase, they kept in touch with us throughout the process and made sure we were happy with all the products.
The final stage was in a small space, but the fitting team and decorator worked around each other with no problem.
We are so pleased with the new bathroom, and I would recommend Baldy.”
– H. Spilsted, Isle of Bute

“From first speaking with Kris and Leanne and putting our vision together until finally fitted exactly to our specifications.
We did encounter a few blips along the way but thanks to Jay, these were resolved quickly and professionally – an absolute credit to the Company.
The whole team were a pleasure to deal with and would recommend Baldy Kitchens and Bathrooms to anyone looking to carry out their home improvements in the near future.”

“Every Item on our Wishlist Taken Care of …”
“We wanted to upgrade our kitchen and bathrooms but were not very lucky in finding contractors. And then came Baldy Installations. We walked by their showroom multiple times before finally going in. The rest is history. From that first meeting and onwards, they have been fantastic.
Their customer service is outstanding and the response time, very quick. They stand by their workmanship. We liked that they provided a visual of the proposed kitchen changes which gave us a better idea of the final design. Throughout the project, they kept us informed and at the end of the day they vacuumed and cleaned up. What a company! But that’s not all. Every item on our wish list was taken care of … from painting the living areas, installing additional sockets and putting us in contact with a wonderful man who built our new composite deck.
And that’s not all. Recently we had problems with the washing machine and, again, they sorted us out with a new machine and removal of the old. A huge thank you to Kris, Nicki, Leanne and the rest of the team. It was a pleasure working with you.”

Every single worker was fantastic and tidied up after themselves I can honestly say the best and highly recommend them will definitely be using them again for other parts of house “

“Will be Back for Other Rooms”
“Thanks very much to you guys for making it happen – all the way from the design process through to the fitting and decoration in such a tiny space – it was a lot of work for such a wee room and everyone involved was really helpful and professional throughout making it so much easier and stress free for us. Would definitely recommend Baldy Installations and will be back for other rooms”

“Exceeded our Expectations”
“Where to start! Leanne planned our new kitchen within an inch of its life and kept improving the design to meet our needs. Her advice and guidance was second to none. Then came the installation team into a building well over 100 years old where nothing is straight and nothing was easy.
Under Kris’s meticulous eye, the team of Scott, Jay, Liam, and, of course, Charles delivered a kitchen that exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail and finish is outstanding. Scott and Jay were new to the team since Baldy fitted our bathroom and boy what an addition they are. Changes had to be made along the way, and to be honest, I would not have trusted anyone else with such a major investment in our home. We love it!
Then there is Nikki, who I’m sure actually keeps them all in line and ensures the communication is top-notch. Thank you all. A week later I’m still marvelling at the workmanship, finish and design. Thank you all xxx”

Kris, Nikki, Leanne, Scott, Charlie and Jay all contributed to creating our dream kitchen, making the whole process as smooth as possible.

“Unbelievably Smooth Process”
“I can’t thank you enough for the quality and look of my kitchen and the precision and workmanship that went into the installation — the entire process has been unbelievably smooth. The kitchen was on my ‘to do’ list for years, but I couldn’t face it — it just seemed too large, complicated and stressful a project. And so it sat, becoming more and more dilapidated, cramped and unfit for purpose. All those assumptions disappeared when I walked in to just have a chat and that has continued through to completion. From the design stage through installation, I just can’t fault the project management, communications and customer service. HUGE thanks. I’m absolutely delighted (and stress-free!)”
– R. Barbeau, Isle of Bute
“Exceptional Customer Service”
This company is outstanding; from the initial consultation to the project management, it was an absolute pleasure to have this amazing team fit a new bathroom. The standard of work is the best I have ever come across; the team delivered exceptional customer service with all aspects of the build and fitting seamlessly coordinated.
The result was a spectacular bathroom of the highest quality. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, and they will be my first choice on other future ventures.
